Applications are invited from qualified and experienced personnel for this position in our IT department and based in Suva.
Key Responsibilities
- Logging and assigning of all IT issues/incidents/requests on Service Desk.
- Assisting customers with IT issues/incidents/requests over the phone, remote support and onsite visits.
- Management of Active Directory. Adding and removing of users and computers and updating user information.
- Management of IT assets including but not limited to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, projectors, video conferencing, VoIP and mobile phones.
- Managing access to network shares ensuring appropriate access to shares are granted.
- Administration of the Exchange Administration Centre, Antivirus system, VoIP system, RSA Security Console and other applications include but not limited to Papercut, Vasco, Force Point, Skype for Business, Password Manager Pro and CAABs.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Degree qualified in an IT related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar IT role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows O/S and Office), and other common applications such as Adobe, McAfee etc.
- Good understanding of networking, communication and telephony.
- Knowledge of ITIL is also preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced Technical Skills in Computing/IT and office equipment including peripheral systems like printers, scanners, projectors and VoIP system.
- Intermediate Technical Skills in Project Management would be an advantage.
- Group 2 driver’s license (not essential however would be an advant.
