Applications are invited from qualified, dedicated and experienced personnel for this position reporting to the Head of Talent Management and based at Level 12 Suva Central Building, Suva.
Job Summary
To manage all personnel documentation, staff employment and movement records and provide relief support to the team as and when required.
Responsibilities
1. Formalise all staff movements in a timely manner ensuring that all relevant approvals are in order.
2. Update vacancy folders in a timely manner for business discussion and planning of resources.
3. Facilitate and conduct interviews including preparation of Diary notes and sign-off of outcomes.
4. Ensure all staff records are filed and updated.
5. Assist with other delegated tasks within the People & Culture team.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and/or Management is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a HR administrative role with strong customer service ethics.
• Basic Technical Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Record Management.
