Pursuant to Section 67(1) of the Banking Act 1995, BSP Financial Group Limited (BSP) publishes below names of customers (including customers of the former Colonial National Bank) where no transaction has taken place or who have monies outstanding to their names deemed to be unclaimed for a period of ten years or more.
Pursuant to Section 67(2), the person to whom the accounts below are payable or their legal representatives are required to submit a claim to the BSP Branch within three months from the date of this publication.
Should a legitimate claim not be received by this time, the accounts will be closed with funds remitted to the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
