It has been widely reported that there has been an increase in attempts to defraud customer's bank accounts in Fiji.
Customer authorisation details can be captured through:
- Skimming devices, either attached to the ATM or operated remotely, or
- Dummy websites when making online purchases.
We advise all our valued customers to continue to be vigilant when conducting electronic transactions. Please check the transactions on your bank account for any suspicious activity regularly. Please report anything that seems amiss to us as soon as possible.
